La Paloma Funeral Services

My husband passed away after 6 yrs of battling cancer. He was under hospice care the last month and a half of his life. Hospice provided us with a list of funeral homes for our convenience. I went through the list the first two I called had an answering service who advised us to leave a number and they would give us a call back. I called La Paloma Funeral Services, I was greeted by Alexa. She was warm, caring and answered all of my questions with compassion. I knew this was the place without a doubt.I set up an appointment and was greeted by Rebecca, she was kind, knowledgeable and guided us through the process. When my husband’s urn was ready for pick up we were greeted by Richard. Richard made us feel at ease and comforted us with his warm welcome. He took into consideration that we were still in the grieving process, Richard honored us by giving us the time we needed. My family is grateful for the kindness, respect, and guidance we were given during our grief. I highly recommend La Paloma Funeral Services, they will assist you with respect and grace. Wish there were more stars to give because 5 is not enough. The customer service at La Paloma was exceptional. Lori was amazing, compassionate and an absolute angel. Not one time were we pressured to buy or upgrade like other places we dealt with. The service was perfect and location was beautiful. During the toughest time in my life they were to help me not squeeze me for every dime they could. I would recommend them to anyone going through this unimaginable time in their life.

Obviously, dealing with a mortuary can be a very trying experience. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with La Paloma in planning our mother's services. Our funeral arranger, Margarita Gonzalez, was amazing. As a person, she is kind, patient, understanding, polite and very helpful. As a professional, she is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and seemingly always available. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much, Margarita. The facilities, services and products at La Paloma are also outstanding. Everything is clean, modern and tasteful. When the day came that our beloved passed away, La Paloma was there for us immediately and took care of everything. They were so helpful in our time of need. One of the most important things we learned is the importance of being prepared ahead of time for the day that you might need funeral services. Please do yourself a favor and plan ahead.
